Length: 23.7 km

From the Sava to the Una, from the plains of Sunja’s Posavina and the view of Lonjsko polje on the other side, from Selište Sunjsko, across Sunja, through Vedro Polje and Graboštane to Majur, to the gentle and beautiful hills behind which flows a unique river, the beauty Una, offering a sprawling view of this beautiful valley, of Pounje and the neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The “Shortcut from Sava to Una” offers you 24 km of an extremely diverse road, a straight, lowland way from the Sava, through densely packed settlements, to hilly parts, ornamented by scattered village houses, open space and endless forests of Banovina and Pounje.
Two or three somewhat steeper climbs, just to set a challenge before you, a minor effort which will be rewarded with amazing landscapes all around.
From the Local Route PPLP 01 you can continue to County Routes 02 and 03, you can go wherever you want, and take a look around along the way, as on this route you must see…

You must see:
Selište Sunjsko, a suburb of Sunja, inseparable from its mother town, comprise what is in fact an interesting unit.
Sunja, a picturesque Posavina town on the crossroads leading to Sisak, Hrvatska Dubica and Hrvatska Kostajnica, a sleepy place in the shade of the St Magdalene Parish Church, welcomes its visitors with pleasure and natural, hospitable manners. After passing through Vedro Polje, a place that’s just beginning to wake up in terms of tourism, you’ll turn left, to the first steeper climb, and through Graboštane and weekenders’ villages come to Majur, the seat of the same-named municipality. An abundance of local produce flourishes in Majur, travelers are offered homemade food, while the ever-hospitable people of this part of Sisak-Moslavina County greet you with a smile.
